  Matt's Lawn and Landscape were great to worth with. We moved into a new construction home that didn't have any landscaping. From the beginning of the project to the end, the company had excellent communication and the job was done at a very high level at a competitive price. They are my go-to company for the work they perform and I highly recommend them.

  Our townhome community must be really low on the list of priority customers. We have a contract that says they will come at 1.5 inches. I've shoveled that amount off twice today and seen no plows or shoveling done. I updated this review at the request of a worker telling me it was my homeowners association being negligent with our contact but that doesn't seem to be the case. It seems like we should hire a company that is timely and completes jobs.

  Hi Gillian, I am very sorry that you are not happy. At our last conversation you were upset due to the icy conditions due to thaw/freeze and we discussed how that is not apart of the contract to salt. Regarding your most recent note, the simplest thing would be for you to see the contract we have with the HOA. The manager can provide that to you. We have 10 hours to complete snow services after the snow stops and typically your account is done within 4-6 hours. The last 2 snow events ended early morning so those are ones that it may seem like it takes longer since people are up to see us work but the time it takes to complete the services is still the same. We would love the opportunity to change your mind about our services. We take great pride in each account and want all customers happy.   I talked to Andrew who helped me schedule an appointment to get 5 sprinkler heads replaced. They squeezed me into their booked schedule before I had to go out of town and Sam came out and had all 5 heads replaced and adjusted in about an hour. Everyone that I spoke to was courteous, professional and personable and I hope that I have some work for them in the future.
