  Horrible verbal encounter and service with this individual! After referring him to a solid 2 year contract with a tenant of mine, this individual repays me with ignorance and compete lack of professionalism! This individual agrees to cover a minor sink hole and first agrees to charge me $60.00. After the job is completed, he states that the charge would be $110.00. I asked him why he was increasing the agreed upon price, and he had no reason whatsover??! He stated that that was the price. I decide not to argue because I felt that maybe he needed to feed his family or something, so I let it pass (I regret it). After paying him what he requested, I ask for a simple receipt as we homeowners in this Country pay taxes and we need such receipts for IRS tax purposes. This individual states that he does NOT provide receipts and that he has "high end" clients that have never asked him for a receipt. He additionally states that "not even Americans" ask for receipts????!!! I advise him that I AM AN AMERICAN! He stated that he would not provide a receipt. This guy is the most racially ignorant and unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with! Nice going buddy..way to ruin your reputation over your ignorance on many levels!
