  Hired Matias Landscaping for recurring lawn mowing service a couple of times. They were punctual and relatively good. Had to postpone a couple of times as I was getting sod installed and regrading done. Tried to reach out to the owner, Franklin, to schedule a visit, but he ghosted me. He never replied to my messages anymore and now my grass is incredibly over grown and I have to find another contractor, which will charge a lot more to cut overgrown grass. I would not hire Matias Landscaping again for any work. Incredibly unreliable. Don't even know if they're licensed.
