  Positively the worst experience I have had with any lawn care service. I called him to get an estimate on spring cleanup, mulching, etc.—-he came over that very same day to look at what I needed to have done and gave me a verbal quote. He also scheduled a day to do the work. I sent him a text to confirm the date—he did not respond—I sent him several texts after that to find out when he was planning to come and he responded to one—all is said was “yes”——he just would not return texts or call—bottom line I finally gave up and found a 5 star service that knew how to run a business so things worked out. If you plan on using him I hope you have better luck than I did!! How he stays in business I do not know.

  Hi Mrs Arnold. I appreciate your review. Whether it is 1 star or 5 star, we can always learn and grow from any situation and we greatly welcome them. I feel that is what makes us successful and sets us apart from other companies. I reviewed the text messages and seen that you had changed the dates on two occasions. I don’t recall the reason for the first, but you stated a doctor appointment for the second. We still tried to come out that same day, however you wanted the following day. Unfortunately many people are interested in projects and we had already scheduled them prior to you needing the following day. I apologize that we could not accommodate you immediately. If I am not mistaken, you stated that you would let me know a better date. Until you leaving a 1 star review, we have not had any other contact. I apologize if we did not deliver to you what you were expecting. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and if you would have reached back out to us prior to this review, we would have gladly started and completed the project we agreed upon. I am glad that you found another company who met your needs and hope that in the future you would simply reach out to us instead of leaving a 1 star review. We have proudly held 5 star reviews until this one. I appreciate you considering us and wish you the very best.

  Prompt. Decent proposal. Good attitude. Removed 3 outrageously, overgrown boxwoods. They were over 15 ft. tall.
