      Our backyard has continued to die. We call they come out and treat it continues to die. I believe we would be better off without a lawn service. When I had a few friends with small dogs over it quickly became a mud bath.

      I have tried multiple times to call the service desk to tell them how badly their lawn service has turned to be in the last two years. It has gotten to a point where I have no other choice, but post this so that other customers are aware of the quality issue, irresponsiveness and also to see if others are facing the same issue I have. I have been with Massey for more than 5 years now and have signed up for their termite, lawn care and pest control. Initially they were regular but in the last two years my yard has continued to die and there are all kinds of weeds all over. My neighbor’s yard serviced professionally by some other company is perfect and makes me look bad all year across. The service men come and vanish in no time and I wonder what treatment they might be doing. I would ask the supervisor (if there is one) to pay attention to the customers who are making frequent service call requests and to come pay a visit (if you care) for an inspection of these dying lawns. We have decided not to renew our annual contract with Massey going forward. New customers, please don't waste your money!! Let me know if you need to see the pictures :(

      Don't waste your money We have been faithful customers for over 6 years. We have had problems with them in the past not spraying the entire yard and when we brought it to their attention, they would always rectify the problem. More recently, they were not treating our back yard at all. We noticed it was covered in weeds which is not normal for a treated yard. There was also a fungus that did not get treated so that killed large spots of our grass which allowed the weeds to take over. We notified them and they sent out the service manager to walk through the yard. He agreed that it should NOT look like it does and told us there is also chinch bug damage which can kill an entire lawn. He said he would send someone out "this week". Well, that was last week and no one showed up. No one showed up this week either. We gave them plenty of time to resolve the issue. Hence, the reason for this review. We will definitely be canceling their service as we are paying them to do nothing. Stay away from this company!!
