  Servuce is just ok so far. Don't count on sales rep to get much done for you. Finally talked to the GM and promises have been made, we'll see how that works. Their communications leave a lot to be desured.

My services include: Lawn, trees & shrubs, quarterly irrigation, termite protection & pest control. ALL technicians are SUPERB.. A BIG... shout out to: MAGNIFICENT OFFICE MANAGER: CHRIS GONZALES who offers SUPERIOR, ATTENTIVE, CARING, SPECTACULAR service. AND, AMAZING SALES INSPECTOR: JOEY KARAS who introduced me to the FLAWLESS services. He is AWESOME, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE in all categories with a GREAT PERSONALITY. They are...TOTALLY THE BEST EVER...& GREAT ASSETS to MASSEY.

  Horrible lawn care service. Called and complained multiple times about the status of my lawn that im paying for a service for every month. They have sent out multiple techs to go over my problems with and still no results. Finally they sent out a manager and he said "Oh ya we have been having a problem with techs not putting down the correct lawn products." So they are aware of the problem and still no results or conclusion. My grass looks worse then what it did when I took care of it myself. I will be terminating my contract with this company and never looking back
