Unfortunately the service began to lack. When I had to change my sprinkler heads and informed the service provider that I would be shopping around, he refused to provide me with a layout of his recommended locations because he didn't want anyone to use his work. The pettiness was too much for me and had to cancel my account. Too many times I would ask what exactly came with my account and I got different answers every time. Seems that once the company became bigger, the client got lost in the shuffle and the customer service began to dwindle.
