  They damaged my NEW house this summer and it is still not resolved. In July 2021, I noticed that they weedwhacked my siding. I complained to the HOA (CCR Management, who are also useless humans) and Mason's excuse was that they do not do siding so they couldn't do anything. This is ridiculous given that they must know other contractors that do siding work to fix this at their own expense. In August, I received an email from our HOA manager that this issue will be resolved "by Monday"...however, Mason's "resolution" was to once again touch my NEW house and try to saw off the siding on an angle to try and make it more even. As you can tell by the picture, they couldn't even do this correctly. The whole siding section needs to be replaced, not just sawing it off. I find it rude that they chose to cause even more damage to my siding in this way. Thankfully, their contract is up after December 2021and we will be getting a new landscaping company for 2022. Karma is real.

  Being new to Northampton we did not know any landscapers and had to rely on google. We struck gold when we found Steve (Mason Landscaping). He is an honest guy with a strong work ethic. He did some stonework for us and will continue with landscaping. I came home today and found a thank you card, hand written by him. Steve, as well as his worker Phil, were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Mason, quality work with old school values.
