I am seldom impressed with business in today’s world nor the integrity of people. I spoke to a salesman Tim. Had trouble with a mower which I did not purchase from here. Same problem that I had from 1 hours after this mower was delivered. Original dealer was rude and did not fix the SAME PROBLEM AFTER SIX TRIPS BACK to them. This company not only told me the problem but we’re patient, kind, descriptive, and made me not feel like a bother. In the end I was going to trade with Maryville. Absolutely astounded with Maryville. They actually told me I would be better suited to wait for a different machine. IMPRESSIVE!!!!!!! My next machine WILL come from them. They earned my business from their honesty, integrity, and all around impressive customer service.

I've been debating leaving this review but I feel I need to. My boyfriend brought our Ariens riding mower here to get maintenance on. It was given to us by family and needed care. Included in the maintenance was a new tire and some engine care. Because of Covid the mower sat ready for pickup for 2 weeks before he could get it, and once it was picked up and taken off the trailer at home, the new tire we just paid for went flat. Whoever we talked to about it was so rude regarding the issue. We mowed one time with the mower amd everything seemed great. The second time we went to mow with it, we didn't realize it had been leaking oil and now the engine has blown. Oil leaking was not an issue prior to the maintenance we had done. Due to the handling of the first phone call we have decided not to pursue to address this with the shop. We purchased a weedeater prior to this that works wonderfully and we are very appreciative of it. Just so disappointed in the situation regarding the mower.

Purchased a mower (sight unseen) about 3 weeks ago. This was a used mower and was a bit skeptical at first. Spoke with the sales staff and ended up making the purchase. Dropped mower off same day to my home. Mower was exactly as described. Mower works great and super happy with the purchase. A++
