Marshall Lawn and pest control company provides lawn Care, pesticide, herbicide and fertilizer solutions for all types of lawn grass as well as shrubs and they do indoor and outdoor pest control solutions. Another part of this company is the also have a huge tree farm that is located in another part of the state. The folks who work here are hardworking, honest and dedicated to finding a solution for almost all of your lawn care needs. Scott one of the working owners, has his degree from FSU and is servicing the area for almost 30 years now. His dedication and vast knowledge of the industry makes this company stand out WAY above all other similar companies. Scott personally trains all new hires to ensure they obtain the knowledge and will deliver the best to their customers. Marshall s offersoffers a great support and learning environment to grow as employee. A++

Marshall started service on my yard about a year ago for lawn care and weed control, and since they took over, my back yard has significantly deteriorated. First, I'll say some positives. Every time I spoke with someone in person or over the phone, whether it was a Marshall tech, service manager, or representative, they were always personable. And, my front yard, which is St. Augustine, has not gotten better or worse, and looks fine. There is a chance I just slipped through the cracks. Prior to Marshall starting lawn care, my lawn guy and I personally hand picked all of the weeds in the back, to give Marshall a fresh start. I let them pick my plan for best weed control as that was my primary concern.I have had some moderate weed control issues in the past. I sent a few emails and spoke with a few people over the next few months as weeds began engulfing my yard. In July, it got bad enough that I wanted to request plugs. They agreed, but said they would have to charge me. I was frustrated but agreed. They said they would treat the weeds a few times and then proceed to plant the plugs. Looking back at my emails, this was late July. A service manager came out later after and I spoke with him over the phone about my concerns with not hand picking the weeds, given how fast they grow back and the large area they covered. I offered to do this myself. His response was "Why don't you get St. Augustine," kind of flippantly. It is now November, and they still have not planted the plugs. They still continue to charge me, and my weeds continue to get worse. In addition, they have not responded to my most recent emails and calls. I will likely discontinue their service, but I also feel there is irreparable damage to my lawn at this point. Here are the after pictures of the lawn and at the end is the before. Paul

We are very sorry you were not a happy customer. We started treatment and one service was and is not enough to kill weeds or facilitate recovery of your lawn. During our attempts to meet with you, you were not available. There was heavy pet damage to your back yard and we are not able to correct that with weed and fertilizer control. We had lawn care and pest control through them. Every time they came for the lawn, we ended up with damage to lawn ornaments and the house. They even completely cut down our rose bush that was in front of a small fenced area so you really couldn’t miss it. Absolutely negligent and irresponsible. When we brought up the issues to them, they ended up canceling the contract we had with them because they refused to own up to their damages as well as not providing the services that were being payed for. Still have spiders, ants, and wasps all around the house. Terrible service and even worse employees. They do not take responsibility and will blame YOU for THEIR actions.

Also, if our technicians accidentally break or damage any part of a property, we immediately reimburse, repair, or replace the damaged item.
