  We had a representative come out to quote a bit of work at our home. We were told we'd receive a quote in 10-14 days. A month later, we called to follow up and were told the rep would call us back. Our call was never returned. Two weeks later, we called to follow up, left a voicemail this time and our call was never returned.

  They just cut my neighbors yard and sprayed grass clippings all over my driveway, then left without blowing off the mess the made. Completely unprofessional.
