  Early this spring I was having all sorts of problems with my sprinkler system as well as dealing with a cracked backflow preventer. Called Franco at Marbella Landscaping and he came on the same day and found solutions to all the problems my yard was having. Franco and his employees were there the next morning at 7:30 AM and had everything fixed by 10:00 AM. These guys do it all. Because there customer service and work ethic, I called them this fall to winterize my system and overheard that they also set up Christmas lights, I was super stoked so after they finished my lawn I told them I wanted some lights hung up and a few days later it was finished. If you live in Utah county and need the expertise of a large company and the customer service of a small company, Call Marbella Landscaping.

  After multiple no shows from other landscape companies, Franco and his assistant came as promised to bid out a garden overhaul that I've been wanting to do for years. The bid and timing was reasonable, and the project itself was completed exactly as I had hoped. Franco handled an unexpected issue that came up, and not only was extremely responsive to the issue, but also made sure that it was resolved immediately. Thank you Franco and your great team! Professional, responsive, hard working, and everything is as I hoped.

  We hired them to put our backyard in and they did so. That's about the only positive thing I can say. They were slow and communicating, they broke the sprinklers, and then took the minimal effort to repair them. I ended up bringing in a third party to fix The sprinklers after giving them three chances to repair them out of frustration. While the third party was fixing the damaged sprinklers the company demanded payment, harassing my wife with multiple texts throughout the day. They then showed up in person and said they needed payment immediately despite the fact things weren't working yet. They were a cheaper option and I suppose you get what you pay for.

  Jacob, we understand the frustration this can cause. We went the tree times to the property and fixed the sprinkler. Unfortunately it is hard to fix poorly installed sprinklers. We fixed all the broken parts (specially the manifold) for free (since, again, we didn’t installed the sprinklers) and let them running and sent video proof to your wife of them working. On the last visit we were prepared to fix all the sprinklers and you refused to let us do it. You offered us to make payment to settle the account. We gave (also for free) multiple PVC parts to the third party technician to finish his job. We will be more than happy to go and fix (again, for free) any sprinklers that you think we broke. Let us know!
