  We are so happy with the walkway John and James Installed at our home. Their hard work and dedication is impeccable. The attention to detail throughout the whole job was amazing. They were so neat through the whole process. Everyday they were so friendly and kept us updated on everything they were doing. We would highly recommend John and James at Make a Difference to our friends and family.

  Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with these guys. If it would have only happened one time, then I never would have written a review. But it was over period of about 3-4 weeks. We had a big project planned and, after all the preliminary discussion and agreed-upon projects, they began. It wasn't long before we could tell that they weren't doing what we agreed upon. In fact, on the pool surround, they literally left half the pool un-mulched. Who would do that? If they were confused on the direction of the project, why not ask me about it? Leaving the pool area half-mulched was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. To add insult to injury, when they were mowing the lawn, they kept mowing over my hoses with no regrets. After the third garden hose was cut, I called them on it. Not only did they not apologize or offer to pay for a replacement, but they had the arrogance to tell me that their mowers don't have the time to get off their equipment to coil up garden hoses. Seriously? For their prices? In my opinion, being responsible is part of the job. Their lack of class and responsibility forced me to fire them. Sadly I cannot, in good conscious, recommend them.

I'd be more than happy to pay for your garden hoses and don't understand why the crew would run over it on so many separate occasions.   They provided a full service maintenance program for my lawn that was very effective. My lawn looks great. They communicated well about appointments and the operator was very helpful in explaining what was being applied. They came on time, and were clean and efficient.
