I bought a Scag Mower from this business last July. There was a delay in processing my application for 0% financing. I had a previous commitment and had to leave. Jeremy stayed on the application even after business hours. When it finally went through they brought the mower to my home on their own time so I wouldn't have to go back to Macclenny the next business day. I recently had to take my mower in for a warranty issue. When the part I needed took longer than expected to arrive they gave me a loaner mower to use. They have gone the extra mile time and again for me. I buy all of my blades, oil, filters etc. from them and have never had an unpleasant experience with them. Their customer service is beyond excellent and everyone there has great knowledge of all of their products and services. I highly recommend this business.

The owner, Jeremy, goes out of his way to work not only with his customers, but the entire county as well. His staff has the same work ethics as he does. The store is fully stocked to keep up with his customers needs.

I stopped by the shop this weekend to check out some mowers and ended up leaving with a 52" Scag Liberty Z and a Echo string trimmer. Jeremy and his team provided GREAT customer service! I wont be spending money anywhere else. Thanks for the great service!

Rented a tiller this past Friday, took it home and the belt was worn on it. Wouldn't dig deep enough into the ground to get done what I needed without stopping and making loud squealing noise. Shop was already closed for the day or I would of taken it right back. Brought it the next day and told them, they said they couldn't do anything because it was a rental. Offered $20 bucks off a purchase but I didn't have anything to buy from them, just wish they would check their stuff before sending it out with someone. Probably won't be coming back..

Joel, I have left you a few massage trying to get hold of you to resolve this issue. You're right, the tiller wasn't check out like it should have been because you came in at closing time on Friday  asking us if you could get it then instead on Saturday morning so you could get started early Saturday morning. We did have to rush the whole rental procsses which we generally don't do, however being as it was the end of the day we were just trying to help you out the best we could. The employees offered only a twenty dollar credit because they where under the impression that you got your job taken care of because you didn't bring the tiller back until twelve o'clock the next day Saturday which the rental was only a four hour rental that usually rents and comes back the same day, and you said yourself that it worked but it was making a noise which was only that the belt tensioner adjuster just needed to be pulled back and adjusted for more belt tension which only took 30 seconds to fix. If you could have called or brought it back Saturday morning when you said you was going to use the tiller we could have refund you the full $ 72.59 for the four hour rental or fixed it on the spot for you to use. Now all that being said you're unhappy by your post so I will give a full refund if you stop by the shop with no question asked, but please do try to understand why the refund wasn't giving Saturday when you dropped the tiller back off.
