  On the plus side, these guys always show up. On the negative side, they rush through their work, often leaving ruts, tearing up turf, and causing fertilizer burn. Last fall, they couldn't get to our scheduled fall clean-up. I believe their late fall fertilization, combined with no fall cleanup, resulted in the large patches of dead and damaged grass you see in the first photo below. When I asked them about it, their response was all the yards in our neighborhood are equally affected by this condition. The second photo shows the unaffected lot next to us. There has been no offer to do anything to repair this.
