One of the best organized salvage yards you will ever find. If your looking for old machinery or industrial stuff that you would spend a lot of time and energy looking for elsewhere, trust me, it’s here somewhere.

If you can't find it, anywhere else, you can find it here! The super store of Sonoma County. I needed special chain, metals and fasteners for a welding project last month, expecting to have to order online, they had everything I needed! Right next to freeway on and off ramp, great location!

Don't go here if you care about other people and your
own health because these folks don't believe in masks. They are arrogant and flaunting the law. NONE of the staff wore masks or kept safe distance when interracting. Try Ace Hardware first. Very helpful people there.

It's like Disneyland for pros and do it yourselvers!!!  Everything you can imagine - way way way beyond the capabilities of corporate hardware stores like Friedman's and Home Depot!  Very clean and lots of beautifully maintained inventory.  And I'm just a female senior citizen who was out to buy a little rake for my garden!!!  I loved being there!!!  Great staff too.  And the biggest plus is buying from a family owned business.

I wrote the initial review (below) a while back and wanted to update.
The rude lady in the front now wears a trump 2020 mask. So not only is she still rude, she supports an autocratic criminal regime.  If you wanted a reason to shop at another store, there you have it.

Older review:  Incredible selection of stuff.  Hard to find items like REALLY old door knobs.  However the staff are some of the rudest people around.  I only go to this place as a last resort since I can’t deal with the horrid customer service. (this isn't a review after one visit.  I am probably been there ten+ times and each time the people are super grumpy).

This company is a joke. I run a big tree company and try to purchase locally in the communities we work in. I purchased 8 chainsaws which they took payment over the phone from my accounts department. They told me to come back in an hour so they could put the saws together. Upon my return they accused me of fraud and made a scene in front of the community I live in. I offered them a copy of my license and they still said I was trying to commit fraud. Why they took payment and waited my time I will never understand. Attacking my integrity is uncalled for.
I will never recommend or do business with this shop again. Customers deserve respect and people's time is valuable

We needed valid proof that the purchaser paying for the products was the owner of the credit card or an authorized user. It is not personal. This is what any well run company should do to prevent credit card theft which victimizes people everyday. Your company should have a corporate card and make you an authorized user- this is a very normal protocol. Unfortunately you, nor your out of state Florida based company was able to provide that as nothing matched the credit card number that  phoned in. Maybe instead of slandering a small company like us it would suit you to resolve this issue internally on your end. Food for thought as we do our best to accommodate here, very much value our community and appreciate business just not at the expense of others.

my last visit, while walking by the managers office, I overheard two employees talking about their stock pile of guns and how they're itching to "take back their country." Yall quida for sure,  so I left and chose to give my money elsewhere. BTW, the only oppression white men have ever experienced is the oppression they've caused. It's not 'your country' and you're not an endangered species. Turn off Qanon and read a book.

I received the worst customer service I've ever had here. Nobody was wearing nametags so I couldn't tell who was an employee and who wasn't. Both employees working behind the counter had terrible attitudes and when i asked for help finding a tap that I didn't see on the shelf they said it was right in front of me. Then they grabbed the wrong product and rang me up for it before I could even see what I was buying. I had to return it 15 minutes later because as I was driving down the road I looked at the tap and it wasn't what I asked for
