They have made many repairs for me. If it should be repaired .they do it at a fair price and reasonable time.     Also they have never tried to up-sale when I have purchased equipment.  Lastly, when an item is just "too far gone", meaning any fix will lead to the next problem, they were honest and did not try to get me to just buy a replacement.  I appreciate their business model.

We’ve been going here for years to get things fixed and have been loyal customers. Last week we dropped off our weed whacker and they kept it there for a week for a small repair. They then called my husband and said we don’t have time for this , come take it somewhere else. Thanks for wasting our time.
