  The lawn crew is careless and has broken windows in my businesses building 3 times in the last few years that I have had my business located there. The leader of the crew was rude and the manager or owner who then showed up to handle the issue was also rude and belligerent. I sure wouldn't run my business this way.... I guess in the 20 years the owner claimed he had been in business he's never learned how to be courteous and handle problems. Poor all around. If his services weren't paid for by my landlord I'd fire him.

  Couldn't get to our yard for more than a week and we are in the same town. Phone operator was very short.
