  We got a bunch of snow and they refused to come out and plow the entry ways and help with the removal of ice. Very poor customer service, slow response time. Do not recommend, very hard pass.

  Zero clean up, messy/uneven cuts, no common decency of trying NOT to cover your car in grass(after I asked three separate people to watch which way they blew the grass). They speed through everything so fast it doesn't leave time for them to realize they miss parts of the lawn. Seriously go somewhere else that actually cares for your yard.

  Very rude and unhelpful staff. We had a paid-for order for pickup at their store and they repeatedly said "no, we don't have that" and directed us to another random location. Update: we went to the first store they directed us to and they laughed and said that MAW does this all the time when they don't have orders ready. This second location was very kind though and directed us to the uhaul headquarters. There, they also laughed and told us how terrible MAW is but we're at least able to sell us the correct items. Canceled our order with MAW and will never return there or recommend them. It was downright disrespectful the way the trashy secretary acted.
