  I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all your staff has helped me with any questions I have had over the years. I moved to Florida in 2015 and since then have struggled to find a reliable local implements dealer for parts and information, only to be disappointed over and over again. I have resorted to ordering my parts from you (1500 miles away) as a result and have never been let down yet. I can see why your business has been successful for four generations! We are usually quick to complain when we receive poor service and often forget to praise exemplary service when given so, I am making sure you are aware that your staff is doing great!

  They did recall, warranty, and maintenance work on my Kawasaki Mule. They completely cleaned the underbelly pan of oil and grease. My vehicle looked like new. The work was excellent and timely. My vehicle runs better now than it did when it was brand new.
