Lush Lawn is the first lawn service I've used.  I have always maintained my own lawn, but thought I would give Lush Lawn a try.  For the past two years their service and attention to detail has been excellent.  I was debating about renewing for a third year, not because of their service, just because I enjoy doing it myself.  I have to say the deciding factor to stay with Lush Lawn is because of the lawn specialist Russ.  This guy is a great resource and if you take the time to talk with him you will learn much about lawn care. Russ always has time to answer questions.  He knows his job and respects his customers and their property.  Our lawn has never looked better!  Thanks

I have used Lush lawn services for many years and have been very happy with their service. Any time I call about my yard they come out and get it with all out care. They are the best!

This place is awful!! Charged me for a service I didn’t want and instead didn’t charge me for a service I did want. Called me at 7am to come look at a issue.  After I told him he’d have to come in a couple hours because I was sleeping do you work hours. He still showed up at my house at 7:10am and rang my doorbell until I got up and answered door. Next time they came to put down weed control they burnt my grass and now say they don’t know what they’ll do to fix it and will be here in 5 business days but then told me a they won’t be here until next Thursday. I called them yesterday (Wednesday). I will never use this company again and just want me money back to hire a real company.

Joanne, Thank you for your thoughts.  I'm sorry we were not able to meet your standards. Looking at the notes on your account we did identify that you had active grub activity in your lawn that was  one of the causes of the dead grass. We did note to you that the burn marks you mention are from lawn blight, that shows up when you walk and/or drive across the lawn. We did offer to treat your lawn with a product to help bring those areas back.  Again, I apologize for not being able to resolve your issues and hope you have a great summer.

Lush Lawn does its work very efficiently and when any concern is raised they respond in a timely, interested and professional manner to address any dissatisfaction with their service. They follow-up and monitor progress to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I thought I had issues...but not anymore.
