  Do yourself a favor and don’t use them. I paid them all summer and my lawn has never looked so bad! Weeds everywhere! I’ve been in my home 30 years and it has never looked this bad with so many weeds. Grubs also. I am on a quarter acre. Their employee came out and did 2 swipes around my yard in the rain. They tried to bill me over 130.00 for that application. I was home watching the whole thing. I sent pictures of the weeds and bare spots in my yard, so they forgave the bill. I sent pictures to them in July. They sent someone out but nothing was done. I have spent hundreds on my own, in addition to paying them all summer. I want a refund for the whole summer! My yard is trashed!!

  So after 5 years of being a loyal customer, this is what Lush Lawn did to my lawn today. I called their customer service and told them what happened. They said they would send someone out to repair the bad spots. I told them I wanted a refund. I was not paying for them to destroy my lawn. I was told they could not discount their service. After a few times around and around the agent offered to give me $10 off. Really?? On top of their service declining since they bought Safari Tree, my lawn looking the worst it has in 5 years, they trash my lawn and offer $10 off. NO THANKS LUSH LAWN. I'm out. You just lost a loyal customer who was trying to wait out your bad times and who will not be paying for you to destroy my lawn. There are 3 other houses on my street that Lush destroyed their lawn today. I am sure I was not the only call. Notice the 4th picture. They literally sliced my lawn and attempted to step it back down. Truly sad for a company whose responsibility is to care for my lawn. That doesn't say much about them. Buyer beware! #348042 says "Your Fired!"

  This company is terrible. They applied the wrong chemical to my lawn all year, even after repeated requests for service calls and to rectify the issue. Once they admitted they had been using wrong chemical they still would not come back with the correct treatment unless I paid double. Do not use this company!

  Evan, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our services. I am sorry that we weren't able to get rid of the weeds in your lawn to your satisfaction. From the notes I see you had creeping charlie (a difficult to control weed) in your yard and flower beds. We did our best using several different types of treatments to remove them. I also saw that you were disappointed that we didn't spray the weeds in your landscape beds. That isn't something that we do as part of treating the grassy areas of a lawn and I am sorry that may not have been explained clearly to you. I hope that you are able to find a way to stop the weeds this summer.
