Michael Cronin has been the biggest help this year. Lush Lawn started the year with soil testing. They have been coming quite often to our yard for both the lawn and shrub fertilization. My yard looks excellent. They come in any time I see a weed or an extra mosquito to enjoy my backyard and parties. Mike is only a phone call away. He reacts to my calls immediately. Thankyou for being my lawn care company.

Hired them for two standalone treatments last year. Was not happy with the results. Dandelions all over the yard. Told them no more, take me off your list. Out of nowhere this year they show up which seems to be a common theme with them. My son called me and alerted me they were there. Called them immediately and told them to leave and I had already applied weed and feed which may react negatively with thier product. They still applied the product and left me a bill for $188. No heads up call, email, nothing that they were coming. Completely unacceptable business practice.

Contracted them for aeration and overseed. I was not pleased with their work, and withheld payment. After a barrage of phone calls, letters and e-mails threatening to give to collection agency, I reluctantly agreed to pay, telling them I never wanted to do business with them again! The following year, they came back (when we weren’t home), and did that same service again, leaving the bill on my front door. When I contacted them, they said service is automatically renewed each year unless I call and cancel the service. What part of never wanting to do business with them, tells them, I still want them to come back? Pretty obvious cancellation, to me!!

Barry, Please let me apologize to you. We did not do a good job of reading our notes and taking care of your situation correctly. I'm sorry for this and offer you a sincere apology. I did look at your account and went over this with our operations department. It was apparent that you didn't want us to do the fall aeration and we did not note that properly in your account. We have issued a credit to you, for the charges. Again, I apologize for this. Thank you.
