  The Lowe’s management team in College Station TX is the absolute best I have ever met! From the time that we were trying to buy a large item and deliver into our house, Scott (store manager) and Aurelio (manager) helped us through the entire process. They personally committed to helping deliver a 1000 pound item. I was amazed that they asked if they could come to our house in advance and survey before delivery. Then, Scott and Aurelio returned to our house for the delivery. Both of them, Jacob (from Lake Jackson), and one other gentlemen (I am so sorry that I cannot remember his name) maneuvered the large object using a pallet jack into my home. Awesome customer service!! I am so impressed and highly recommend this store, their management team, and helpers. I recommend everyone buy all of their needs from this particular Lowe’s store. BEST IN CLASS!!!!

  Nice customer service but the bathroom's are really falling a part. Trash everywhere., Stall doors don't close, seats are broken
