Came in today to buy some Rope and Mulch. Asked an employee where the rope was, the man completely ignored me. I asked again, didn't reply. I know he acknowledged me but just kept walking. Pretty sure he didn't answer us because we were wearing masks. So, I asked someone else, got some rope and left. I was so irritated, didn't even get the mulch and I most likely won't come back here to either. Not as long as I have to worry about whether someone will answer me or not over something so stupid.

Lowes located on Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greer, SC is a great place to pick up your building& home hardware supplies. Its quick, convenient, and has reasonable prices.

I went in to shop for plants. The garden center was packed. I found an employee willing to help me. She took her time, answered my questions and offered tips. She even helped me choose colors of planters and flowers to go with the garden in front of my house.  I wish I had her name. She was kind and helpful.

I wanted to make an exchange for the same product just in a different size.  I explain to the customer service representative that if she could not make the exchange then I would take cash back.  The reason being is because it is for my mother and if I wasn’t able to get what I needed for her then I wanted to go to another store and purchase that particular item.  Nonetheless they decided to process a return on the debit card that I used instead.  Also when the lady did that she laughed and said you will get your money back in 5 to 7 business days.  I explained to them that I was in college getting ready to leave and I needed the product today for my elderly mother because She wouldn’t be able to pick up an item that big or install it.  Then other employees  came to our register and started yelling at me in the middle of the store.

I felt so disrespected that I knew that if I didn’t leave then I would’ve done something against my morals and standards.  Needless to say the manager came and caught wind of what happened came he said well we can do what you want for $100 more then what you paid install price.  Weird right? I just wanted a simple exchange or cash back so I could repurchase the item that I needed.   I always get bad vibes from this store and if another store has what you need I would recommend it rather than the Greer store just because of his rude employees.  By the way I never received the item that I needed.

Terrible.

Good location! Has just about anything you could ever need for any type of home improvement! We prefer Lowe’s over The Home Depot. You can expect friendly customer service! One downside is leaving the parking lot. There is only one exit, and it is a very short two-lane exit that leads to long lines and difficulty getting out on the weekends.
