This particular location is very well stacked with variety of options for whatever home improvement job you're working on. However, I don't know if it is the ongoing inflation or something, but almost everything seem very pricey (but affordable, not crazy pricey - if you know what I mean). The staff are always very helpful. Store is clean and doesn't smell. It's my neighborhood Lowe's so I always go there. Been a long time customer. And nothing is going to change that.

Do not ever use Lowe's installation services. Between them and this store, you can expect zero communication about your product/install, incompetent installers that either damage your property or don't show up period, manipulative sales practices, incorrectly constructed or damaged products, and a "customer service" line run by management that truly does not care. We initiated an installation project for 10 custom interior doors back in May 2021. Because of communication issues we weren't able to actually order until July (at which time we were told that if we didn't pay in full that day we'd have to pay an additional fee). Doors were expected early September but heard nothing until an installer contacted us to schedule in late September. He "double-booked" himself and didn't show up on the day he said, then when he did finally come we discovered 8 of the 10 doors had been constructed on the wrong swing. He installed what he could but then we noticed issues with the molding (not fully connected to the wall) and he continually dodged our calls and didn't show up after the store assisted in getting him in contact with us. After waiting another few weeks just to place the corrected order (because we needed that other installer to update the file), the estimated delivery date went from late November to mid December (each time, having to chase down information about what was happening). We wanted to stop the project multiple times and give up but were told we had no option but to wait (but we'd receive financial compensation after the project was finally done) so we waited. The doors were finally installed in January (with damage done to our bathroom floor) and we reached out for financial compensation for the whole 8 month fiasco. After more time wasted chasing installation managers down for support (almost 3 weeks), the most we were offered was a few hundred dollars on a gift card, maybe in cash, but first we'd have to sign a release of claims form and have it notarized then eventually get the funds after they received the form. Not worth it. And when we emphasized how the amount they were offering (and the inconvenience) didn't match up with everything we had to go through, they basically said how they don't even have to offer us anything but it's out of the goodness of their hearts... Do yourself a favor and just research reputable contractors in your area. Lowe's does not care about its customers and they will not have your back when things go wrong. This company has zero accountability, poor customer service, and they will never call you about updates or delays with your project. Especially these days with product shortages, delays happen but the lack of communication is what's unacceptable. A customer should not have to chase down information when their installer doesn't show up or there's a weeks-long delay in a product they ordered or they're trying to get something re-ordered because someone involved in the project messed up the order in the first place. A manager at this particular store, Corrie Grammer, is the *only* person who kept a steady line of communication with me but he didn't even get involved until long after the issues started and the corporate Lowe's installation services are the ones who really just do not care about customer service. The ones who answer the phone are nice and helpful but their hands are tied - their managers? Either dodge your communication for weeks or tell you flat out that nothing you say is going to make a difference, just take what you're offered and deal with it or don't. They don't care. If you're looking for competent, professional installers for a home improvement project, save yourself the stress and headaches down the line and just do some research to find a contractor in your area with a good reputation. We will never be working with Lowe's again after all this.

STAY AWAY!!! The worse experience EVER!! This has been a nightmare. I ordered a security door on December 10, 2021, and they promised me that I would hear something about installation within two weeks. It is not February 24, 2022 and I have yet to have the door installed, and when I contacted the store, the installer and salesperson, I kept getting the "runaround." They told me that they had made notes, that they left messages with the installer, and contacted the managers, and still nothing has happened. I have YET to have a callback from a manager. However, I was given a date of installation and when the day came, no one showed up or called. This is unbelievable! I feel like I am in a sitcom or being PUNK"D because this cannot be real. SUGGESTION: If you plan to use Lowe's Home Improvement, do not have any realistic expectations because you will be disappointed.
