  I can’t recommend this store enough when it comes to purchasing appliances. Irene is absolutely amazing! This was my first time purchasing a washer and dryer and she made the process simple as can be. I even made the mistake of buying a gas dryer when I needed electric and she went out of her way to make sure I was still happy with my experience and she found me an amazing electric dryer. I was able to return the gas one and buy the electric one before the delivery date with no hassle at all. I will definitely be coming here for all my future appliance purchases. She is such a great employee it made all the difference! Not to mention the delivery team was professional and extremely helpful! They were on time and went the extra mile. I wish I got their names but you two gentlemen are awesome as well. Thank you so much!

  I've never had such great customer service. Then at this Lowe's. It was well worth the travel up to Martell to get a water heater. And get service as great as theirs.

  Bought a washer and dryer. Washer broke 10 days out of warranty. Did not buy theirs because we already had a home warranty. We purchased Medias which consumer reports have an excellent rating. Lowes would not help find a service repair person. No one works in this brand except who Lowes knows about. Manager refused to tell us who that service provider is
