  I never ever write reviews. But after a quick google search I realize I should’ve read the reviews before I even stepped foot in this store. I spent 2200 on a brand new washer and dryer set and I had many issues. After I left the store and swiped my card they did not care about anything thereafter. I spent 3 weeks waiting for a replacement dryer after mine didn’t even work before I used it. I was told 3-4 different dates for delivery. At one point I was told by customer service that someone made an error and my dryer was never even ordered and I was waiting for nothing. I called corporate another day because I waited on hold and transferred to 3 different departments with no answer at the local store. I was told another time that there was no manager in the store when I asked to speak with one. Days later when I finally spoke with the General manager, Brian Segar, he assured me nothing was wrong and no one made any mistakes. He was quick to shut me up after I spent DAYS and HOURS on hold trying to speak to him! And gave me no apology. The worst customer service and managers I have ever experienced. After I spent thousands of dollars in their store.

  The service in this store was terrible! The people working seem more interested in talking with each other, too busy to help customers. We spent $1,000.00 and no one could even be bothered to help my husband load the materials in our truck. Trust me everyone I know I will tell them to shop elsewhere, cuz your employees are too busy with each other to help. And delivery is 4 weeks out! Who ever shops here is crazy, it's not worth the hassle or the money , my business will go to home depot from now on!

  I’m not certain what’s going on at this store but I know what isn’t. I’ve always had high praise for Lowe’s but, this particular store, at least, is in mass confusion. I started a kitchen cabinet purchase there September 2021. After multiple foul ups by Lowe’s I had to cancel today. My cabinets have been in stock, in the store since September! The last straw was yesterday because the cabinets were to be delivered to me no later than Saturday (my installer gave Lowe’s instructions)installed Monday. When I called customer service, they couldn’t pull up any of my order. Drove to Lowe’s and 2.5 hr later had a refund. Don’t even think about buying cabinets here. Walk away. Amish product is way better construction and price is similar.
