  I like the store in general ...there are usually people available to help you find things that you need. I like that the men typically treat me with respect when assisting me as I'm a woman who likes to get a lot of things done myself around the house and really appreciate being treated like I can handle it.

  Bought & had product professionally installed.. Product delivered 2 months before the installer came. Product failed. Called for replacement part. Another month later a tech came to look at it & said it was improperly installed & put in a work order for the replacement piece. Another month later, I heard nothing. Called the store, talked to Jeff who was extremely rude & used profanity. Talked to store assistant manager who promised he'd get the part ordered & call me back that day to let me know what was going on... 2 days later, nothing. Very unprofessional. Last week I chose to buy my paint supply needs elsewhere. This spring when I buy a new riding mower & all my gardening needs, I will not be buying from Lowe's. I am very unhappy with the lack of respect shown. Very dishonest management.
