  I live in South Dakota and my family as a whole decided a great Christmas gift for my grandmother was a new refrigerator - fast forward we purchased and had it delivered to her neighboring town. This was on the eve of Thanksgiving this year... little did we know we got a "dud". The fridge broke overnight ruining all her hard work for Thanksgiving dinner! I called Michelle the Store Manger and told her the happenings to which she was very understanding and apologetic. We immediately started going over how to make this wrong a right. I forwarded an item number which nearly matched the unit we bought and she was more than happy to price match and set an emergency delivery!!! I am beyond pleased with the attention Michelle gave to the situation and my families hardship. *Side bar Thanksgiving was still amazing and successful due to my families resiliency* 100% have me hooked. I will be making all purchases for my family from this Lowes!

  Went to paint department and was immediately greeted by helpful young lady! Was there n and out in 20 minutes. She also told me about paint brushes so I purchased on of them also! I wish I had noticed her name because it was the best service I have ever had at Lowes!

  My fiance and myself went to get 2by4s and tin foil the lady at the front of the store called 5 times no one came the 6 the time a man came I said we need help with 2 by 4s and tin he said the 2 by 4s are here and the tin in the other lane I said what lol he said lane not aisle lol then I said can you help us he just kept walking rrrr I wish I didn't even give them 1star
