It's good that we have a place like this in Thomasville. The employees were all nice and pleasant. The guy that help us in the plumbing dept took time to look for the parts we need. We appreciate it. Keep it up.

I order a wall oven at Lowe’s and paid cash. Sound pretty easy right?!? You’d be wrong. After ordering it and waiting for a year plus it finally came. Lowe’s sub contracted it out to a company that’s has no experience with wall ovens. The installation guy show’s up and damages the oven and my cabins. Then proceeds to tell me that the oven will not fit. I had them take the oven back and requested a new one. Plus I now needed my cabinets fixed. Fast forward another year and I still don’t have my cabinets fix’s and I don’t have an oven. Lowes took my money and my time and I’m still waiting. On the 6th of February 2022 I get a call telling me I have a oven and they will be at my house on the 7th to install. I waited all day but no one came. I called and was told they did not have the oven. Then yesterday I received another call saying that on the 9th of February I would have it. It came but there is no one to install it and my cabinets are still not fixed. The delivery guy actually wanted to leave it in my driveway. I told him no!!! Call the store and was told that there was no one available to install it until the next day. I don’t know about the rest on the world but days off of work do not come easy and time is money. I will never do Business with the store again. I am a very angry customer!!!

On my recent trip to Lowe's, I was returning a couple of small items and planned on purchasing another item for a project. The return went smoothly. I had my receipt and they refunded my money with no issues. That is the only reason this review got 2 stars. It went down hill from there. I was looking for a certain size screw hooks. Went to the hardware aisle and looked around for what I wanted. All through the blister packs and purple bags, and drawers. Couldn't find what I wanted. Next aisle over, found a clerk. He asked if he could help. Good. Told him what I was looking for and what I had already done. He looked right at me and told me to go look on the next aisle over and look at the purple bags. Duh! Did he not hear a thing I just told him. Then he went right back to the menial task he was performing. Now I'm a little upset, but whatever. Been shopping at Lowe's a long time. I knew they had more hooks. So I wandered up and down a couple more aisles, and I found just what I was looking for. So I have my item that I wanted and move to front, to the registers, to purchase my item. No Cashiers Anywhere In Site. Just those stupid "self-checkout" units. So I walk over to them and the first thing I see is a sign that says "No Cash, Credit Cards Only". I'm flush with cash, I just returned 2 items and got $6 and change in cash back. And now I want to make my $3.50 purchase with that cash. And not put it on my credit card. The only attendant is helping a little old lady with a whole cart load of items. She didn't even look up at me to acknowledge my presence. So I moved over to the service counter and was greeted with a bunch of signs claiming "Returns Only". OK, back to the registers. Attendant is still helping the elderly customer. So I stand and wait. After a bit, I interrupt them and ask where I can pay with cash. With attitude, she tells me to go to the service counter. Back I go. Stand in line behind several other customers returning things. Now I wouldn't mind this, except the person working the register was directing several other employees from other departments. So each transaction was taking extra time. And Then, an employee stepped in front of all of us, got a couple gallon cans of paint from behind the counter and had the clerk ring her up. Really! At this point, if I had needed these hooks, I would have dropped them on the floor and walked out. Eventually I was able to pay for my hooks and go home. A 10 minute trip to Lowe's took me 45 minutes. Needless to say, I'm not happy. If I wanted to be treated like this, I could've gone to Walmart.
