The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I couldn't find anyone to help me with a particular tool I was looking for. But everything is neat and in place. I love going in there. You can find literally everything you need for home and outside repairs or gardening! They have the most beautiful flower selection.

This is the MOST organized and friendly home improvement store I have ever been in. Last time I went in, I let an employee know my dog had a chicken allergy. This time Brandon remembered my dog and had duck jerky to give my dog. I was asked if I needed help often. Staff there is very knowledgeable. My plants from there also thrive and are way more affordable than plants purchased elsewhere

Typical store but that's good. They had many more tool bags and belt options than I've ever seen. I was able to mimic about 90% of a Diamondback model for about 1/8th of the cost. I love the bag I got. It's the only one I've seen with a small pocket deep enough to hold my chalk line AND my measuring tape. 👍🏻👍🏻

A woman working there(lumber side) suggested Duane for doing a job for us. He came and looked and talked with us. He said he'd have someone call us with a quote in a few days.  Never heard from him. I texted Duane six days later and he never answered back. Almost another week has gone by.  Thanks alot Lowes. We spend thousands and thousands of dollars there but this is what we get from you. I'll never ask Lowes for anymore names of contractors. Rhea county is full of these people. They say they will do a job and then we never hear back from them.    Very very strange! And rude!

This is the WORST Lowes I have ever been to! I have never left a bad review in my life but so many disappointments warrant one. We tried to get our flooring from them and could not get in touch with anyone after we paid them to come out and take measurements.. So instead we went through Home Depot and paid an extra 2k for material, but at least it got done. I finally got a call back  2 months later from Lowes after  our floors were already installed through HD. Now we are doing our kitchen backsplash through Lowes. (Tried giving them another chance) Was scheduled for before Thanksgiving and their installer quit. So then we had to wait until Jan 4th, canceled until Jan 7th then the 10th.  Installer quit again; now have to wait until Jan 31 and we will see if that happens. Mind you we have paid $900 for this to be installed in a small kitchen that is like 190 sq ft. Again, it’s just worth the money to do it through Home Depot because they get it done. There is no regard that we placed this order the beginning of Nov and have had 5 cancellations. We should be out to the front of the line, Not the back. This place is terrible! I’d rather drive 40 minutes to HD than shop at this Lowes that is 5 minutes from my house.

This place needs to hire more people. They are always short handed. they always think I'm trying to steal something when I go in because they follow me around with their spit shields on until I walk up to the register to pay for my stuff. Haha I don't mind though, I think its funny.

Had some great after holiday sales . associates always friendly and knowledgeable paint guy and plumbing guys keep me from wasting time and money.

All the staff are super friendly and will assist with your needs. The store manager, Ana, always polite and helpful!

My Mother is a septagenerean (mid to late 70's) we were just there to pay her bill. I noticed some 'daylight' bulbs that cost less to run all year than regular 100 watt bulbs cost to use for a month. I bought a pack for my bedroom. (I have one of those floor lamp 'trees' with three sockets for bulbs.) I'd like to point out that Lowe's has an excellent credit program. Their goal is to get the things you need to you; without milking you for all your worth paying high payments with oversized interest rates. Also they keep the size of their payments reasonable. I like these people!!!
