  Looking for moving supplies and they were out of everything I needed. But bought other things I didn't need. Employee at self serve checkout was helpful & happy. Only self serve checkouts were open. The Lowes website helped me locate items by telling me what aisle and bay things were located in. Also told me if an item wasn't available at that store.

  On 12/8/21 I placed a door order for over $8k, called once week after expected delivery date of 12/27/21 to follow up estimated delivery. Their associate in mill work, Keith, avoided answering an estimation of delivery, each call. It is now February and my client got a call from jerry in millwork that Keith had been fired and out order was canceled by vendor a week prior to Jerry’s call. We have not received any refund and each time I call, jerry is unavailable. This is by far the most unprofessional journey I have ever experienced with Lowes and am deeply disappointed. It has cost me time and planning beyond the normalcy during “Covid times.” My client is losing over $4k a month due to his rental empty from lowes’ negligence to make it right.

  Manager made it difficult to return defective lites with 5 year warranty. Store credit only. Man from lighting dept says we have never sold those lights. Went to lighting dept one light exactly like ours on display 5 on shelf. I will avoid this store from now on. They were not helpful, and argumentative.
