I have done a complete basement remodel utilizing products from this Lowe's. For the most part, quality has all been really good (minus about 7 warped boards out of 300). They do truck delivery out to Covington (and maybe further) for $59. Carpet install was smooth and affordable. Employees helpful but not overbearing.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My experience and 1st time to this Lowes was Amazing because of the people. Even the shoppers were courteous and friendly.

Lowes is great come on down and visit us to get that summer time project going as a lowes employee we are hiring come earn some money doing the things you love to do with the community

I have placed my order twice and paid in advance with a credit card so my wife would know exactly what to pick up.Both times they have charged the credit card for the correct amount,but they also add a pending debit  that stays on the card for over 2 weeks.In other words,if you order something for $450,your credit card gets hit for $900 and you are out $450 available credit for over 2 weeks.Not sure if all Lowes stores does this,but this one does.Never again.

Very disappointed in our Lowes experience today. If we could have given a ZERO , we would have. In the past we have purchased numerous items from Lowes with no complaint. I don't know what has happened to customer service and do not want to hear the excuse "poor help because of covid19".  Associates and managers are supposed to be trained in customer service.  This is a joke. We wanted to purchase a new dishwasher. I looked on line and it said there were two in stock.  We called to verify the item was available and to make sure someone would be there to load the item before I sent my wife to pick it up. The manager she spoke to said inventory was up to date and yes, it was there, in the store. Someone would be available until they closed at 9PM.   My wife arrived at 6:45 PM, spent an hour in the appliance department, went to the customer service desk 3 times, spoke to Manager Melissa Fox,  who declined to help. Finally my wife gave up and left the store at 8:55 with no purchase made because NO ONE showed up to help.  The trip was a wasted 28 miles.
