  Possibly the worst experience in my life at Lowes. My wife and I had never have had a bad experience here, but our last visit was our last visit and purchase there. We’ve purchased a washing machine at the last few minutes the store was opened and they have told us to pick it us the next morning at 0600. So we came over around 0700 and they accused my wife of stealing it and that the item was signed for but they showed no proof. They had us there for almost 1 hour and a half to go over the cameras and review all of their paper work. But not only that, the people at the front desk were more into their conversation than helping us. Most inconvenient time. I was just trying to help my mother in law and my wife and I were in a crunch time and reality, they had all the paper work in front of them. They had no reason to hold us back and waste our time like they did. I will never go back to Lowes or any Lowes store.

  Typical lowe's, employees were really helpful though. I have no complaints didn't have to wait for anything really. Would recommend without reservation.
