  Losing my favorite store on the planet I think I tried to bother close out and cleaner so if I can get I got a big saw real cheap and a bunch of other stuff 90% off got to love them yellow tags

  I usually don't like to leave negative reviews however, I cannot get this particular experience out of my mind. I recently visited this location with my father (who is senior citizen & a Vietnam Veteran) to assist him with purchasing a brand new John Deere riding lawnmower. When we first arrived a young lady by the name of Dominga was very attentive & assisted us with finding the employee who worked in the lawn mower department. Dominga proceeded to tell that the employee over the lawn mower department was currently on lunch but was looking for someone to assist us. Eric the sales floor supervisor came over to assist us & was very attentive, upbeat, & answered all of the questions my father had regarding the two lawn mowers he was trying to decide between. During the time Eric was assisting us, MARIA (the young lady that was over the lawn mower department) came back from her lunch break. Her aura/vibe was very negative & was very short & seemed very irritated with everything my father asked. My father ended up purchasing a $2700 John Deere lawn mower & not once did she show him how to work it (even after he asked) but instead referred him to the owners manual. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed with the "customer service" displayed from Maria & even more so because my father is an extremely loyal customer to Lowe's & has spent plenty of money there as well. Word of mouth is powerful & I for one will never return there & neither will my father period!! Do better Lowe's!!

  I was in Lowes Home Improvement store today 2/12/2022. I was looking at Barbecue grills and found a double one I really like. The little book that stands beside the item showed Price as $299.00. The sign up behind the item showed $379.00 I finally got a clerk over there and asked why it was showing a higher amount that the price in the book. He said it’s a newer model. Looked the pic over good and nothing was different. I went to customer service and ask about it and she sent the manager of grill dept over to me. The manager said we are in the process of changing out the prices in this little book but haven’t got to this one yet, the price is $379.00. I said so I can’t have this one for $299.00 she said no this is the price and pointed to the $379.00. She said we have some outside and in boxes which one would you like. I said I’m not paying $379.00 for one. I don’t think the ones outside are a newer model. They have been there awhile. So I came home without a grill.
