  Store is very clean & organized. Needed help with an item which took two employees to direct in the right direction after a previous employee sent me to the wrong isle. Originally went to look at portable heaters. Purchased one but then found same exact item at Amazon for forty dollars less. I returned the heater, no oroblem at all, for a full refund, & then purchased at Amazon. Didn't plan on it being that way, but you gotta save a dollar when you can. Prices are a bit higher than other home improvement stores I have visited, but the store is stocked with most items. I will shop there again I'm sure.

Just bring the ad, printout or photo and show an associate so we can validate the price on the competitor’s website or ad to complete the price match. Lowe’s Price Promise includes the price of the item(s) plus shipping or delivery cost. Their assistant store manager refused to match Elliot electric supply located in Sulphur Springs? He just simply refused????

  As of April 2022, I'm usually disappointed in this store, as I have been for the last two years. Most departments are understocked, and I mean industry standards in electrical, plumbing, hardware, etc. Everyone blames 'supply issues' but I can find the items at other stores. They are short-staffed and the majority of employees lack knowledge in any meaningful way about the department they are in. Expect checkout lines to often be 5 deep. There are some longer term, mature employees with knowledge, but they are overwhelmed and hard to find. I currently drive to another county for better selection and service.
