  The store itself is nice. I have had issues with their installation services. I had a patio door installed by them. It took 3 tries to get a door to my house that was not broken. The door then was installed incorrectly causing water to rot the floor around it. Within a few years I was able to move the door frame by hand. I then tried to get quotes for a flooring install, my dad always had good luck with Lowes so I figured I would try again. It took some doing to get them out there. They charged $26 for mileage which I understand. It took way longer than it was supposed to for me to get a quote, and that was only after I called asking about it. They were also supposed to give me a quote for another flooring type. I never received that quote. That was a waste of $26. I cannot recommend them for installation and in fact I will never attempt to have them complete a project for me in the future.

  Dave in appliances did a super job! He spent time answering my questions and helped me find washer and dryer choices right for me. I ended up purchasing both items (great sale prices). He pointed out the Lowe's credit card sign up special and I received even more savings. He is thorough, patient and his customer service is wonderful! My items will be here in less than 2 weeks from ordering. Free delivery and set up too. Thank you, Dave! You made the difference in my purchasing appliances from Lowe's!

  Being a new homeowner I have been coming to lowes more often which is not a problem at all. Everyone is always friendly if I need help but the best part is we get to bring our two dogs in.
