Placing my order online was easy breezy. I received a text to wait before coming to pick up my item. Less than 15 minutes later I received a notice my item was ready to pick up. I went the next morning. Pulled into curbside pickup 2 and waited. Within 5 mins my item was brought to my car and I was on my way. Don’t get any easier than that!

This is my genuine review with proofs and experiences. Do avoid getting doors and windows installed from Lowe’s. Other products might be excellent in Lowe’s but avoid doors and windows from lowe’s north bergen. My personal experience with installer and Lowe’s representative who charged me around $15000 for doors windows which is not worth. I was overcharged after finding same product same company from other installer.I would not mind paying more money if installation and products are good. After not even 6 months of installation, I had water drain issues from windows in my all rooms while rainy season. Windows and doors were not installed properly from outside not even insulated properly and all rooms get too much cold air, wind noise and traffic noise. My previous windows were too old but atleast I had to put heater between 68to 75F. Right now I have to keep heater on up to 80 to 82F all time in winter season to keep house warm in normal winter. I made so many complains to headquarter lowe’s but got no prompt reply. Also customer service always try to reach to the store and couldnt get in touch with the person.Then I complained to northbergen lowe’s store, they advised me to contact Lowe’s customer service. Lake of communication between stores and headquarter made a big mess. My door was installed after 1 year and 6 months. It was left in garage by delivery person and installer did not show up for 1 yr 6months. When installer came after long time he said door was measured wrong so Lowe’s representative asked me to pay again for same door to replace. I did pay one more time which I get refund later. But its all gimics and not trust worthy. My glass door has part missing which I mentioned to installer and representative and they couldnt get me till now. When I called representative that nobody has showed up to install he said talk to the customer service. Every time I reach him he said I am busy and talk to customer service. I was never provided my invoices and order bills that I paid for the order. He said he will provide me invoices after installation and never got any bills. I had to present bills to my charter accountant for the taxation purposes which I couldnt. Thanks to lowe’s for giving me so much hassle and problems. Also i cant sleep neither my family in the night due to heavy wind and traffic noise. Nothing is installed or insulated from outside. My old windows were sealed proof. Now no one wants to take responsibility. My basement windows were done by Home depot North bergen and they did super seal proof. I am attaching pics of lowe’s install windows and doors that i have to go through every rain season. Gaps were left in the borders also products borders are not sealed. I dont have extra money to spend to fix this job that is been already paid. Also lowe’s has overrated pricing with bad quality installation.I would not recommend Lowe’s North bergen to anyone. Atleast not for doors and windows. Worse service and once they get money representative try to avoid complaints.

Absolutely horrible... Promised my delivery for tomorrow. I told them if I can't get it delivered for that date I would have to get it elsewhere because of my schedule. Now a day prior I get an email that it won't be here till Monday and 1 item isn't even available until weeks from now. So now I have no option to even get it delivered from home Depot because it's only 1 day prior. Call them and of course they can't do nothing to help me. Call the n. Bergen store and the phone just keeps ringing until they finally pick up and hang up without saying anything. You lost a very good customer and I will urge everyone I know to choose home Depot instead. Delivery always goes smooth with home Depot. Will absolutely never do 1 penny of my business here. Incredibly unprofessional.
