  These workers don’t seem to respect legal city code ordinances. They’ve shown up well after the city code ordinance of 5 PM shut off time for residential areas (San Mateo). Once you inform them that they’re basically breaking the law, they don’t care and lie to your face that you’re wrong and the legal cut off time is different. I would never give these people business nor would I refer them. If they have no respect for hard-working people who don’t want to hear their stupid leaf blowers after legal hours, then I don’t give them business-it’s that simple ;)

  Low integrity. This would be the most accurate way to describe this company; its owner and employees. They have long serviced the grounds around my condominium development, and to my demise, one day they were trimming trees right above my parked car. These guys had already put huge, very visible and very deep scratches into my 6-series BMW before I was able to move it from additional damage. Immediately, the owner was quick to point the finger at me; that I had been keyed and that it would have been impossible to scratch my car [with the very sharp bypass tree pruners and pole saws they were using above and around the car, I might add]. I informed the owner that my father owned a landscaping company, and when his employees accidentally damaged other cars, he has ALWAYS offered solutions, no matter what. Be careful of these guys. Keep your cars away - they are very careless and cold-spirited and will do everything in their power to avoid liability.

  We are very happy with the work recently done by Loral Landscaping in our front and back yards. They were efficient and reasonable! They extended a rock wall which matched perfectly with our small existing one. It was all coordinated by Nancy Curtis and she was a pleasure to work with. She incorporated our ideas and added great suggestions.
