My rental development goes through Little Apple and one of the guys accidentally ran over my garden hose. Later that evening an employee stopped by my house & had purchased a replacement hose. Totally took me by surprise! Just that small gesture of kindness made such a HUGE impact! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
