  Little Acres is one of the many terrible landscaping companies in town. They do not do residential service only commercial. Don't waste your time trying to get them to your home. They will say they are coming but never show up. The store is decent although the prices are a little high. This is what happens with no competition in town.

  We had our landscaping and sprinkler system installed by Little Acre Nursery. The staff is friendly, the installation was beautiful, but the follow up maintenance is horrific. It turns out the "brand new" controller system was already more than ont year into its manufacturing warranty. I called multiple times, emailed and visited in person to attempt to schedule a time to have them troubleshoot the problem. No reply. Thankfully the company which makes the controller had a good customer service. After purchasing tools to complete my own testing (mostly involving Voltage meter) it was determined to be faulty. They would replace it so long as it was within the manufacture's warranty window... which expired in five days from the customer service conversation. After I disassembled the electronics and mailed them, Little Acre Nursey showed up to my door unannounced. They told me they were busy and had many new contracts with the Del Rio school system. Except they won't schedule a future appointment to reinstall, insisting I just give them a call. After the part arrived I replaced and reinstalled the controller system... only to find the plumbing and sprinklers themselves we're faulty. My yard is flooded. The sprinkler heads are in pieces. Certain "zones" of piping won't produce water. Little Acre was contacted again by phone and email. Twice I spoke with them on the phone and had days scheduled, but no one showed up. TWICE. During the third phone call the number became disconnected and no one would answer when I called back. The emails have gone unanswered. My yard is still flooded. I would NOT recommend this company. If you are a potential new contract be aware that they do not have support staff for when maintenance is needed. Which makes the labor warranty useless.
