The company is always responds quickly when I have called. I would especially like to thank Shawn, the pickup person, for today spotting the quick fix to our wheels not turning. He saved us time and a potentially a great deal of money.

While pushing snow, the red oil pressure light on my garden tractor came on. After a call to Lindsey Equipment, they came right over, picked up my tractor and had it fixed and back in a week. Just in time for the next snow. When they dropped off my tractor, they picked up my snow blower which developed problems. It's now fixed, returned and ready for the next storm. Shawn McClain was the driver who picked up and delivered both machines. Very helpful and very friendly. A pleasure to do business with Lindsey Equipment. They are there when you need them with expert service and helpful, friendly employees.

I don't understand places that claim to take pride in their commitment to their customers yet ignore you at length when you go in and try to spend money there. My 80 year old father went in to buy a brand new tractor/backhoe but he stood there for so long unaddressed in any way that he left and bought it elsewhere. I myself have felt ignored there a time or two over the years. Today, my spouse went in with the sole intent of walking out with a high quality tool, but he was also unaddressed as he waited too long for his liking. For Pete's sake, say hello, or welcome, or be right with you, or thanks for coming in, say SOMETHING to make the customer not feel invisible so you might retain their interest in giving you their money!
