Gave us the wrong bar and chain. Had to drive 61 miles again one way to get the correct one replaced. Staff not knowledgeable about products.

They have the knowledge and almost always the part you need.  If they don't,  I'm sure they can get it, but every time I've needed something, they've had a fit in stock.

The only place I can consistently get the parts for my older Stihl chainsaws.  Prices are very good as well!

I left my Craftsman riding mower a month ago.  Three weeks later I was told it needed a bearing that would need to be ordered, but they didn't know how long that would take.  However, I was told they had a transmission in stock for $450 with free labor.  I told them to install it, and they said it would be done in a couple days.  I am still waiting.

I have received my mower after a month, and had to appear in person to find out that it was ready.  However, instead of the $450 for the transmission, I was only charged $400 since Lee did not charge anything for labor, and did an oil change at no cost.  For this generosity I am very grateful.

Always pleasant working with these folks. Here are the hours as posted on their door at the shop. A little different than the sign on the road.
