Best power equipment shop in New York! Had my snowblower brought in for an oil change on Wednesday and was ready and delivered Friday Morning! Super fast courteous and professional super knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them for all your outdoor machinery needs! Ask for Daryl he’ll make ya a great deal.

Brought a Toro 2450 Snow Commander in for service and parts replacement which included the electric starter which had burnt out.  Long and short is the machine runs like new.  Personnel were good at explaining what might need or not need replacement.  All in all,very pleased at how the snow blower works.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.  The mower I dropped off took a while longer than usual, but they explained why and ultimately did quality work at a reasonable price.  I would recommend them.

After giving them my business on all my commercial and residential equipment I am going to their competition. They take too long to complete equipment repairs because they place more value on their commercial landscaping accounts. My snowblower took over a month to complete. No parts were needed to be ordered. They completed the repairs without an estimate for  repairs and not contacting me first for authorization. Then I wanted it delivered and the woman who took my credit card information told me that Craig stated it’s normally $100 for a one way delivery and they would do it for $50. I said I usually pay $40 for a two way delivery. So it should be only twenty. They charged me $40. I AM DONE! Good work,  but extremely high pricing. Darryl, you are a good man, but you lost me as a customer. After 17 years, I will move on to my next shop to service all of my equipment. To make that extra $20, it cost you a hell of a lot more money. That is a very poor business decision. I liked Liffco better when they were in the original small shop. It was so much better.
