  Over a year ago I purchased a Tiger zero turn from Liberty Discount. These guys have been so great from purchase through delivery, which included Jimmy’s several hour intro session. Last fall, the end of the growing season, they picked up my mowers to get them cleaned up, prepared for winter, and to do a little service. I had mentioned I was waiting on a shed and they were kind enough to keep the mowers which ended up being over winter. Maybe Jimmy was just extending me a kindness, if so, I was grateful. The reason for this review is because here it is Spring the following year and I called in to customer service person, his name, Jeff. Trying to remember all the details of the prior season I’m rattling off all the things that happened and what I needed to be sure was done. He must’ve been taking notes because he didn’t miss an item and he was such a great listener, no interjection, detailed and reassuring. And here it is a couple days later and he left me a follow- up message to let me know that he knew I was concerned about this one specific item and he didn’t want me to worry. He reviewed the item with the service tech, it was rechecked and he wanted me to know everything is in great working order and that Jimmy upon delivery will go over the workings of that specific item again. I didn’t ask him to do this and he didn’t have to follow up . So today I’m grateful, grateful for the attention to detail, grateful for the professionalism, grateful for the consideration, and grateful for the continued kindness. Thank you for all you do. Great Company

  Let me be the first to say , liberty lawn and their staff , are where it’s at ...from the second I stepped foot into liberty lawn I knew I had came to the right place ,my salesman Mike was super knowledgeable ,I had no clue what I needed where to start or even what a good model zero turn was for the yard I have (over an acre and tons of hills ) Mike took the time to answer all my questions , he referred to a manufacturers website , and gave me how much the machine weighed and dimensions to make sure the structure I have would support the weight , I won’t lie I’m super particular , very detail oriented , and I will not accept any half measured answers , THIS IS NOT YOUR HOME DEPOT OR LOEWS EXPERIENCE , The zero turn I ended up with was as follows : Cub Cadet zt1 50 inch cut ....The zero turn was delivered today ,It was delivered promptly at the exact time that was specified (punctuality is a must ) their driver Jimmy is also as good at his job as mike Jimmy took the time to show me the ins and outs of the mower how to change oil all the way down to how to fit arms onto the mower ( an option I didn’t know I needed ) but now do !!! Even how to adjust rollers on the front deck ....my head felt as though it may explode with the wealth of information I was supplied with , on top of that jimmy told me that if there were any problems to call and he would return promptly to help with any issue .....JUST AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE START TO FINISH !!!!!!Thanks again guys I will refer any and all to liberty lawn !!! Theses guys are top notch !!!!

  Liberty’s pricing for the Cub Cadet zero turn mower started out the same as Home Depot, but the mulching kit was cheaper, they installed it for free, the mower was assembled, and it was delivered the day after I ordered it. Home Depot had fumbled two delivery attempts the previous week, so I cancelled their order and went local. I should have started there.
