Customer service sucks.  Went in for help with sharpening my saw and buy a sharpener.  I was told they were too busy to help me and pointed at the sharpening tools rack.  I went right over to the husky dealer they had the time to help me I bought a sharpening tool got good instructions and a chain and I ended up buying a saw all from another store.  I don't think I will be going back to Lewis Power.  I wont be buying anything new from them.
