  myself my parents who are older and other friends and family hired him and he only has shown up 2-3 times this season. My 67 year old father has been out shoveling daily due to him no showing constantly then when my mother called he swore at her and hung up. Yesterday and today he no showed again to my home and my parents so I called him up and he immediately got loud swearing at me. I told him this can go two ways you start fulfilling your contract and get to my house as well as my family to plow or I will be going to the better business bureau and small claims court. He then proceeded to tell me and my family to go f** ourselves and that he was terminating our contract and to shovel the f**** drive ways our selves. He then showed up at my place of business and got in my face where I had to kick him off my property as he stormed in swearing like a lunatic and looking like he was going to try to get physical. shortly after he began driving up and down the streets in front of my parents home and mine while it was just my wife at home. He got out and paced up and down our sidewalks glaring in our windows. We ended up filing a police report today and had asked to never step foot on our property. It took multiple police cars showing up to resolve and he then came back scraping our driveways taking pictures of them after. It was kind of ironic as this was the first time we saw our driveway clear all winter I was mind blown a business owner would act this way. This guy is taking a lot of peoples money in Rochester as everyone we talk to has a bad experience and he seems to have a habit of telling his customers to *** off. I am making it a point to get the word out. Wanted to message you that you were not the only one with an issue with this guy Thanks for your time in advance We did not even fulfill 10-20% of his contract so we believe a 80% refund would seem fit. He offered the police officer $20 which the police officer advised him we would not accept as a resolution. He then stated to the police officer if I filled a complaint with the better business bureau that he would sue us for slander. The officer explain a consumer complaining about his services was not slander. Newest update after not showing up to our neighbors house he calls him for him to tell the neighbor to go **** self . We are making it a mission to share our experience to prevent him from taking advantage of others in our community.

  They advertised on Craisglist offering snowplowing services so I called them. I called once at 6:30am and he indicated that he would check with the other driver as to who could out and he would give me a call back in a few minutes. I thought this is great! I waited ten minutes, no call. I thought ok, maybe it's too short notice, so I shoveled my own driveway. I came back in after an hour, no call, and called him back asking him not to come this morning, but asked if someone could come around the time I leave work. He said "Dave" was just about to call me in a few minutes about this morning, but would give "Dave" this new message and have him call to make payment arrangements. Well, "Dave" never called. Luckily I have awesome neighbors who got me unstuck from my driveway this morning on my way to work and snowblowed out my driveway before I returned home. As for me making another call to Levine's, I will not work harder trying to obtain services from a provider that obviously doesn't want business. They could have at least made a phone call stating they couldn't do the job! Communication people!

  We hired Joe Levine to blacktop our driveway. Within a few days, when it rained, all of the material had washed away. We called him to redo the shoddy job, and he refused to stand by it, stating that he just advertises for customers and then subcontracts the jobs and that the subcontractor who did it had gone out of business. Unfortunately, we had paid cash for the job, so there was nothing we can do. Another blacktop contractor has since told us the materials used were diluted and of poor quality. Be cautious when dealing with this company.
