  Update: Nathan did a great job for 1 season. The next mowing season I touched base with him to ensure he would be able to mow our lot. His answer of "yes ma'am" made me feel comforted. Three weeks went by. During this time, I asked him a couple of times if he had mowed or what the status was. His answer was always that they were behind. No communication from him at all to let me know he would be late in mowing for us. I had to initiate the conversation each time. After asking him if we needed to go with someone else, he finally mowed and texted me a picture. I gladly sent the payment and asked if he would be able to continue to mow every 3 weeks. His answer was "yes ma'am". He NEVER DID. He never contacted me to let me know he was dropping us from his mowing schedule. He was so wonderful when he was building up his business. Sadly, he lost everything that made him great. Beware. Nathan talks a good talk, but he does not follow up. It's just plain bad business. I couldn't suggest him to anyone now. We moved out of town and still needed to have our lot mowed. After much research, we reached out to Nathan for a quote. He was prompt, friendly, and did a wonderful job mowing our lot. He would take a picture of the lot and text it to us after each mowing so we could see the finished job. He went above and beyond and we are so pleased with him and his company. Thank you, Nathan, for being such a blessing to us!

  I sincerely apologize and sorry you feel this way and for the confusion. This definitely is not our normal practice at all! I was informed an attempt to contact was made but i see that must've been incorrect. To make this short as and with as little detail as possible, we had a death in the family and for a few weeks had an appointed secretary for calls and messages with a provided list of accounts and numbers for our guys and i suppose this empty lot to be maintained once a month must-have been missed on the schedule in the midst of properly maintaining our weekly accounts. It was a bit of chaos for a few weeks. Again i sincerely apologize, completely our fault. This definitely is not our normal practice as we take pride in ourselves for communication and dependability. Thank you

  Nathan and his crew provide impeccable lawn services. He takes his time to make sure the property looks good, very reliable, have been using him for 3 years now. Will continue to use his services.

  I stopped Mr Leonard in the midst of another job to inquire about services. He provided me a quote immediately and scheduled my first lawn service. He and his staff are always courteous, on time and provide a very professional job at a great value. I can always reach Mr Leonard personally with any questions and he responds in a timely manner. I've contacted him for additional services and have been pleased. I would recommend Leonard's Lawn & Landscaping to anyone in need of great lawn care.
