  VERY disappointed. I'd give a zero rating if i could. I'm absolutely, 100% positive my lawn mower's reverse-thread float bowl screw was not mis-threaded, nor over-tightened when I dropped the mower off. I had already removed and replaced the bowl a couple of times at home. There is even a little sticker on the bowl warning the bolt is reverse-thread. Then I got a call to the effect the mower was not repairable. When I picked it up, the mechanic denied any responsibility for the broken bolt - and a replacement is no longer available because of the age of the mower. THEN I was told there is "usually" a $27.50 examination fee, but that since I was so dissatisfied it would be waived. So not only did this shop ruin my mower, it also denied any responsibility, attempted to blame me for the broken bolt, and then let me know they wound be happy to take my money for completely screwing me over. Unbelievable! I understand that mistakes happen. But decent people own their mistakes .
